E-Mail still exists.

Here's an e-mail from dear ol' Homecow (Lindsey). It's full of some interesting facts. Some I knew, some I didn't. I liked it, anyway. Savor.

dear lance.
ive been reading this same womens health magazine for over a week now.
its so interesting.
and i have found some of the weirdest things in it.
suchs as:
1- iphone users are sluttier than droid or blackberry users.
ok, so maybe they didnt use the word slutty, but in comparison by age 30:
droid users had 6 sex partners
blackberry have 9
and iphone users had 12.

sluts.

2- boise is the 7th best city for women to live in.

3- youre happier when you have little day-to-day moments of happiness compared to one big giant happy event, such as a wedding.
interesting...its due to our ability to adapt.
also, happienss is genetic.
were born with a happy set point.
heres how to boost your happiness:
[what do you know? church answers!]
- have an attitude of gratitude.
ask 'what am i thankful for?'
when you have to keep coming up with answers it forces you to see little things you overlooked in your happiness book.
- banish comparisons.
dont use others accomplishments to measure your success.
become less competitive and drop out of the race.
go at your own pace.
- find meaning in your work.
do it with purpose.
peole who feel like theyre destined to do the job theyre doing have more long term happiness
- hang with happy people...DUH!
every happy friend you have increases your chance of being happy by 9%
put yourself in a position to catch happiness!
its contagious!

4- coffee is a better choice than energy drinks.
not only because of antioxidants but it fights cancer and dementia

5- yu can donate your egss for $50,000.
it is the largest cell in the whole body.
it takes 15,000 sperm to make the siza of 1 egg...which is 10 times smaller than the period at the end of this sentence.
the average woman ovulatoes about 450 eggs in her lifetime.
your eggs have a yolk too.
once, an egg was frozen for 25 yrs and then used to create a perfectly healthy child.

well there you have it.

All positive things, no? Except for those of you who own an iphone...sorry to hear about that...

Helloooo Sunshine.
